Registration begins at 8:00A.M.
STUDENTS MUST BE REGISTERED in their HOME SCHOOL DISTRICT BY THEIR LEGAL PARENT(S) OR GUARDIAN(S). Students will be registered on a first come - first served basis, filling all available classroom slots and then continuing, in like order, on a waiting list.
You must bring these two items to register your child:
(1) a CERTIFIED copy of the child's birth Certificate(one with an original signature and seal of the issuing office.)
(2) PROOF of residency (such as, your current utility bill less than 60 days old with the service address on the bill, or a current automobile tage receipt, or a voter registration card.)
Other documentation required for your child to attend school:
GA Immunization Form 3231 and GA Dental/Hearing/Vision Screening Form 3300
Social Security Card is requested but not required. If applicable, verification of child's participation in Medicaid, PeachCare, SSI, Food Stamps, TANF, &/or CAPS program is also requested.
