Please print and complete the Opt Out Form. Return it to Ms. Deb Slayton in the front office by Thursday, December 13. If the completed form is not returned by this date, your chilld's picture will not appear in the 2012-13 yearbook. Note: If you mark Media Display, your child's picture will NOT appear in the yearbook.

Because our students' schedules can vary, there are no set supply lists by grade level. It is recommended that students bring pencils, pens and a binder with notebook paper on the first day of school. After meeting with their teachers, students will receive a syllabus for each class with a list of supplies.

Registration for new students is at any time from 8 until 3 PM daily. Please call for an appointment.

Documents needed are: birth certificate, social security card, transcript for 10-12, report card for 9th, withdrawal form, Georgia immunization and eye, ear, dental forms, and proof of residency for Harris County.

Proof of residency must be a bill that shows the parent(s) name and Harris County address. Cell phone bills are not acceptable.
