The Pine Ridge Peer Helper Program is now in full swing. Theses students  have been through a series of training sessions and are excited to get to work. Thirty five fourth and fifth graders are placed as peer helpers in the Pre-K through 3rd grades, assisting in a wide variety of duties as directed by their assigned classrooms.  The younger students love having peer helpers and those who serve enjoy the experience as much as those who receive.

 Peer helpers have been a valuable part of the Pine Ridge family this year.  As always, they work to assist younger students with reading, math facts, and other tasks, while building strong and healthy mentor relationships.
